Visual Storytelling in Kenya

I spent May of 2022 studying abroad in Nairobi and the Maasai Mara. Our cohort worked with impactful organizations like Kuona Artists Collective and MESH. We connected with passionate artists and entrepreneurs that are expanding their brands and enhancing their self promotion through content and social promotion.

MESH Entrepreneur Rose Koros

We met with Rose in Daghoretti, Kenya to conduct a shoot that would feature her in a familiar setting where she would showcase her solar-powered products, clothing, and footwear. She was in a local center where she assists young kids in the community with technological skills. Koros works toward opening her own storefront to expand her inventory and clientele.
